The concept of hospital bed
Hospital beds generally refer to nursing beds, which are designed according to the patient's treatment needs and bedridden lifestyle, and are designed with family members to accompany the patient. They have multiple nursing functions and operation buttons, and use insulated and safe beds, such as weight monitoring, back-up dining, intelligent turning over, prevention of bedsores, negative pressure urine bed alarm monitoring, mobile transportation, rest, rehabilitation (passive movement, standing), drug administration and infusion, etc. Rehabilitation beds can be used alone or in conjunction with treatment or rehabilitation equipment. Turnover nursing beds are generally no more than 90cm wide and are single-layer single beds. They are convenient for medical observation and inspection and family members to operate and use, and can also be used by healthy people, severely disabled people, the elderly, urinary incontinence, and patients in the stable or recovery period of brain trauma during home rehabilitation and recuperation treatment, mainly for practicality. The standard configuration of the power bed includes a head, a multifunctional bed frame, a foot, a bed leg, a set of bed board mattresses, a controller, two electric push rods, two left and right folding guards, four insulated silent casters, an integrated dining table, an anti-bedsore air pump tray, an under-bed storage rack, two negative pressure urine bed monitoring alarms, a set of weight monitoring sensors, a linear slide and other components. There are ordinary beds, rehabilitation beds, and smart turning beds. Hospital beds can also be called patient beds, medical beds, rehabilitation nursing beds, etc. They are beds used by patients for treatment, rehabilitation and recuperation. They are mainly used in major hospitals, township health centers, community health service centers, rehabilitation institutions, and family nursing wards.

Precautions for using hospital beds
Manual medical bed: 1. Do not use brute force when using the rocker, and do not act too hastily during use. 2. After raising or lowering the bed, the rocker should be folded in. 3. When lowering the bed surface, be sure to pay attention to the fact that there should be no impurities in the middle connection of the bed surface, otherwise it is easy to cause difficulty in lifting and lowering, and the presence of impurities can easily cause the connection of the bed surface to deform. At the same time, there must be nothing under the bed surface, otherwise it will cause difficulty in lifting and lowering. Electric medical bed: 1. Before using the electric medical bed, first check whether the power cord is firmly plugged in and whether the controller line is reliable. The controller linear actuator wire and power cord must not be placed between the lifting connecting rod and the upper and lower bed frames to prevent the wires from being cut and causing personal equipment accidents. 2. People cannot stand on the bed surface and jump. When the backboard is raised, people sitting on the backboard and standing on the bed panel cannot be pushed. After the backboard is raised, the patient cannot be pushed when lying on the panel. 3. After the universal wheel is braked, it cannot be pushed or moved. It can only be moved after the brake is released. It cannot be pushed horizontally to avoid damage to the guardrail. It cannot be pushed on uneven roads to prevent damage to the universal wheels of the multifunctional electric medical bed. 4. When using the controller, the buttons on the control panel can only be pressed one by one to complete the action. Do not press more than two buttons at the same time to operate the multifunctional electric medical bed to avoid erroneous actions that endanger the safety of patients. 5. When the electric medical bed needs to be moved, the power plug must be unplugged and the power controller wire must be wound before it can be pushed. 6. When the electric medical bed needs to be moved, the guardrail should be lifted to prevent the patient from falling and being injured during the movement. 7. When the electric medical bed is moved, two people must operate it at the same time to avoid losing control of the direction during the push, causing structural damage and endangering the health of the patient.
