Ⅰ. Introduction

We combined the function of wheelchair with nursing bed. The wheelchair can be separated from the nursing bed on the basis of functions such as raising and lowering of backrest and leg rest, etc. This increase the activity space of patients, which relieve the pressure of care.

1. Install bed casters
Adjust the height of casters to make the bed and wheelchair in the same level.
2. Reset motor
Turn on the motor and electromagnetic lock power, and press S1, S2 and wireless receiver button for 3 seconds to complete the reset.
Reset functions:
After the system is powered on for the first time, the system needs to be reset.
In the system reset state, press S1 or S2, M1, M2 fall to the end, the reset is completed. In the system reset state, when the other buttons are pressed, the buzzer will beep, and when released, the buzzer will stop beeping.
Entering the reset state: When the M1 is in the 5mm position, press and hold the down button for 5 seconds, the buzzer will beep and the system will enter the reset state.
3. How to separate the wheelchair
Step 1: Turn on the safety lock and keep it on.
Step 2: When the safety lock is on, press the back raising button in the remote control until up to the proper angle.
Step 3: Turn on the electromagnetic lock button and the wheelchair will be pushed out.

Ⅶ. Charging and Discharging of Storage Battery
1. Charging function: Plug in the battery, after turning on the AC, if the battery voltage is not full (ie less than 29V), the battery enters the charging state. If the battery in the previous state is full, the voltage needs to be lower than 23.5V to start charging. After charging for a few minutes, test the voltage across the battery and the voltage should be high. When the battery is full, the voltage of the LM317 is “0V”.
2. Discharging functions
Turn off the AC power, operate any button, the corresponding motor will be run; when it is reduced to about 20V ± 1V, turn off the battery discharge function.
Ⅷ. Operation Methods
1. Back raising function
Method 1: The bed is not in the turned-over state, press S1, the back frame rises; press S2, the back frame descends and returns to the horizontal position.
2. leg raising and lowering function
When the bed is not in the overturned state, press S3 to raise the leg; press S4 to lower the leg.
In the state of lowering legs, it is more convenient to separate the wheelchair to have meal and walk around.
3. Commode function
Push the wheelchair over the toilet and press the S5 key to open the hole. After excretion, the S6 button is used to close the hole.
4. Separation operation of bed and wheelchair
Step 1: Turn on the safety lock and keep it on.
Step 2: When the safety lock is on, press the back raising button in the remote control until it up to the proper angle.
Step 3: Turn on the electromagnetic lock button and the wheelchair will be pushed out.
Ⅸ. Warning
1. It is strictly forbidden to plug and unplug the connecting cables to avoid damage to the control system.
2. When the battery of the remote control is low, the motor may not run smoothly.
3. The height of the wheelchair can be adjusted by the casters (the height can be adjusted so that the wheelchair is substantially parallel to the bed).
4. When the wheelchair is pushed into the bed, the wheelchair armrest must be removed.
Ⅹ. Maintenance
1. When the product is not in use, be sure to turn off the power.
2. Keep the product dry and ventilated.
3. Regularly check the parts of the nut, hinge pin and side rail on each part to prevent loosening.
4. The frame is made from cold-rolled steel and through powder coating. Do not scratch the surface with hard materials. Do not use acid-base corrosive solvents for cleaning. Use neutral detergent to clean.
